            Insight app

            Steps to register

            You will need a Smartphone connected to the internet

            • Download NETGEAR Insight app (Android or iOS)
            • Launch app and follow instructions to use existing account or set up new account
            • Select “Register any NETGEAR device” in the hamburger menu*
            • *All NETGEAR devices can be registered with the Insight app, but only devices labelled as Insight Manageable can be remotely managed and monitored using the Insight mobile app and Insight Cloud portal.

            Steps to register

            You will need a browser connection to the internet and the new product’s serial number

            Go to MyNETGEAR and follow the instructions to use existing account or set up new account to register your product.

            Steps to register

            You will need an Internet browser, Insight Premium or Insight Pro subscription and the new product’s serial number

            Go to www.insight.netgear.com, log in to your account, select “Register any NETGEAR device” in the Account setting menu, and follow instructions to register a new product*

            • *All NETGEAR devices can be registered with the Insight app, but only devices labelled as Insight Manageable can be remotely managed and monitored using the Insight mobile app and Insight Cloud portal.

            Steps to register

            You will need a managed switch connected to a LAN with an access to internet

            • Connect device to LAN and power on
            • Connect PC with browser to the same subnet
            • Determine the IP address which was assigned to the device
            • Open a browser and enter the device’s IP address in the form of XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX
            • Follow the instructions from the user interface
            • **Requires the switch to be connected to the Internet through your local network. Not available on Unmanaged switches.
