Easy & Convenient

With no expensive new wiring or cabling to install, your family can surf the web, send and receive email, share documents and print, all from different rooms at the same time. Once it is inserted into the wall outlet, simply plug one XE103 into your router and another XE103 into any Ethernet ready device. For instance, you can use its 10/100 Ethernet port to connect a desktop or notebook PC, a gaming console, NETGEAR’s SC101 Storage Central, a Slingbox™, a DVR or NETGEAR’s PS121 USB Print Server.

As with all NETGEAR products the XE103 Wall-Plugged Ethernet Bridge is designed for ease of use, with easy to read icon LEDs. With no software to install, setup literally is Plug and Play.

Flexible

The XE103 Ethernet Adapter extends your network to provide connections where wireless can't reach - without the cost or hassle of running new wiring. Just plug one XE103 wall-plugged Ethernet switch directly into the wall outlet and one into your modem router or router, and you're ready.

Ethernet-Like Speed & Interoperability

The XE103 Wall-Plugged Ethernet Bridge is compatible with 10 Mbps or 10/100 Mbps Ethernet products, and it also works seamlessly with NETGEAR cable routers or ADSL modem routers. The XE103 also boasts Ethernet-like data rates of up to 85 Mbps. Works across multiple phases and circuit breakers to provide complete coverage in your home. The XE103 works with two and three-prong standard 220-240 volt electrical outlets and built in automatic rate adaption chooses the best data rate depending on the level of interference caused by other electrical appliances.

You also never have to worry about a signal being lost among household interferences again. The fast 85 Mbps speed can transmit multiple video streams at once and without interruption.

XE103 is compatible with NETGEAR’s XE102, WGBX102 and XE104. The XE103 is not compatible or interoperable with NETGEAR’s HDXB101; however it may coexist on the same network.
