Claim process:

1. Download, print and complete this claim form.

2. Submit the completed claim form along with a copy of the invoice from an authorised reseller & UPC barcode from the product box to: Bluemoon Marketing, Suite 7 Islington House, 313 - 314 Upper Street, N1 2XQ.

3. Upon receipt of the completed entry form and proof of purchase you will receive either a confirmation e-mail or an e-mail to inform you we are missing specific data to process payment.

4. We intend to deliver your free iPod within 6 weeks from the date of the confirmation e-mail
