The GSM7212 offers a combination of Fiber or Copper connectivity on all 12 ports to act as a real backbone to your network, plus full Layer 2 Management functionality to provide the control you need to manage your network. Layer 2 features include extensive VLAN support, traffic prioritisation, link aggregation, port mirroring, Rapid Spanning Tree, RADIUS, DHCP, broadcast storm protection and more.

With the GSM7212, take Gigabit to the desktop in minutes. Use the GSM7212 as a managed switch out of the box – just plug and play. All ports are auto-negotiating and support Auto Uplink™ technology. Choose from two easy-to-use management interface options – web interface or a command line interface available through console or Telnet. This Layer 2 managed switch also offers comprehensive remote administration capabilities that reduce the need for on-site presence. The GSM7212 is also easy to troubleshoot – built in testing capability locates cable related network problems.
