LIFETIME WARRANTY FOR PROSAFE™ PRODUCT RANGE

ProSafe™ products have always been designed and built to the higher standards that are required for business-class networks.

To clearly demonstrate that NETGEAR products offer world-class quality, NETGEAR now offers a full lifetime hardware warranty on its ProSafe™ business-class range of products.

From 1st May NETGEAR will replace any ProSafe™ unit that fails during the period of time that the individual who purchased the product owns it.

Which products are covered?

All of our ProSafe™ products are covered by the Lifetime Hardware Warranty:

How long are products covered for?

For as long as the original buyer owns the ProSafe™ product. Original proof of purchase is required to receive warranty service.

Are fans and power supplies covered?

Yes, fans and internal power supplies are covered. External power supplies will continue with their existing warranties.

When did this new warranty take effect?

NETGEAR will honor the full lifetime warranty for ProSafe™ products purchased after 1st May, 2007. As such, proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage. NETGEAR recommends registering your ProSafe product after purchase to simplify warranty claims.

What happens if my product is discontinued?

Product that fails after it has been discontinued will be replaced with a new unit, a refurbished unit, or NETGEAR will refund the purchase price of the unit, less a reasonable charge.
