To receive your gift in a timely fashion, please follow these steps:
- Purchase select NETGEAR® products from participating resellers between: 2nd January and 28th March 2008.
- Request must be postmarked within 30 days from date of purchase.
- Download the claim form above. Fill out the claim form completely. Incomplete forms or forms without UPC barcode(s) attached will not be accepted.
- Post this form with entire and original UPC barcode cut from the product box (including part number and serial number), along with a copy of your invoice to: NETGEAR® International Inc, Gigabit Switches, iPod Riches Promotion, Greenwood House, London Road, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG12 2AA. (NOTE: An order confirmation, packing note or dispatch note will not be accepted as a substitute for an invoice).
