Claim process

1. Download, print and complete the PDF claim form below.

2. Submit this claim form along with a copy of your invoice from an authorised reseller/distributor and original UPC barcode from the product box attached to:

3. We aim to deliver your free hard drive within 28 days.

4. Please note that all deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm and deliveries need to be signed for.

5. We recommend that all claim forms are sent by recorded delivery.

6. It is mandatory to keep copies of all submitted claim forms and invoices.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The RND2000-100UKS must be purchased to qualify for the free 500GB hard drive. The RND2110-100UKS must be purchased to qualify for the free 1TB hard drive. The RND2120-100UKS must be purchased to qualify for the free 2TB hard drive. Promotion for RND2110 and RND2120 starts 1st April 2010 and ends 30th September 2010. Promotion for RND2000 starts 1st May 2010 and ends 30th September 2010. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Offer valid on purchase of specified product(s) only.
